It's a sad fact that some things you buy simply don't perform like the they should. Next to your home a car is the largest purchase you will be making. And If you consider that you just might conceivably purchase only one home your entire life then your car purchase may even rank higher on the "look what I just bought" category.
Enter the Car Lemon Law. This is a very important recourse for us if we have ever made a purchase only to find out we bought the proverbial LEMON. So it seems that most states today have lemon laws to protect the consumer against used car salesman, or even a new car sales dealer in modern times.
